1. Opening an Account

1.1. Initial Registration & Package Choice

On all of the home page of the Office Web Forms web site, you will see a simple registration form.

On certain pages, this simple registration form my be hidden to allow for more real estate.

Simply click the "Start Here" tab to display the simple registration form.

To hide the simple registration form, simply click the "Start Here" tab again.

 

Enter your Name and E-mail address and select the appropriate product from the list available.

 

If you are not sure which product would be best suited to your requirements, then click the "Try the Wizard" link. This will open the Wizard in a pop-up window.

Simply answer the questions offered by the Wizard until you are presented with a range of product types.

Select the appropriate product type by ticking the associated checkbox. This will close the Wizard pop-up and select the chosen product from the product list.

Enter the Captcha code represented in the image into the input box provided.

If you have been given a Voucher, enter the Voucher Code into the box provided.

Next, click the "Verify" link next to the "Voucher Code" input box. If the voucher you have entered is valid, you will receive a message explaining the value of the Voucher.

Read the Terms and Conditions by clicking the "Terms and Conditions" link. Once complete, if you agree to the Terms and Conditions, click the "I have read the Terms and Conditions" checkbox.

 

Finally, click the "Sign Me Up!" button.


1.2. Completing the Registration Process

After the initial registration, the home page will re-direct you to the following page.

We will also have sent you an e-mail (using the address you entered) providing you with a Registration Key and your password.

Enter the Registration Key provided in your e-mail into the input box provided...

and then click the "Complete Registration" button.

 

Next you will be re-directed to the Login Page.

Enter your e-mail address into the "User Name" field and then enter the password provided in the e-mail.

Click the "Login" button to access the Control Panel.

On the top left of the screen, you will find a link labeled "Change your Password"

Clicking this link will open a pop-up allowing you to change your password to something easier to remember.

Enter the password provided to you in your e-mail into the "Old Password" input box. Then enter your new password into the "New Password" input box and again into the "Confrm New Password" input box. Click the "Change Password" button.

 

When the pop-up reloads, it will inform you that your password has been changed.

Click the "Close" button and check your e-mail - you will receive an e-mail informing you of your new password.

1.3. Editing your Organizations Details

In the "Account Explorer" section of the Control Panel, click the "Edit Account Details" link.

This will open the "Edit Account Details" screen.

Update your Organizations details on this form - See Help - Edit your Accounts Details for more information.

Click the "Save Details" button to apply your changes.

 

If you have changed the "Account Name" field to something more meaningful to you, then you will see this new "Account Name" reflected in the "Account Explorer".
