What is it For
Office Web Forms enables you to capture, update or track and store information from your users/customers.
Once you have captured the information, using a combination of Office Web Forms unique "Packages", "Reports" and "Workflow" systems, you can do any of the following;

- Display:
- the information back to the user/customer in printable format
- a custom message to the user/customer (including reference information)
- Allow the user/customer:
- access to a specific/hidden URL
- access to specific documents/images
- to edit the information captured

- Send the information captured and a unique message to:
- the user/customer via e-mail
- your account administrator via e-mail
- another e-mail address
- Assess/Mark the user/customer's inputs against defined values (eg. online testing)
- Update and/or add to the information captured and send it back via e-mail to the user/customer, administrator or other e-mail address (Responder Package)
- Add "Trackable" data to the information captured and send it back via e-mail to the user/customer, administrator or other e-mail address (Tracker Package)
- View the information captured/updated/added in reports (data and graphical)
- Export the information captured/updated/added in a number of formats including XLS, DOC, XML, CSV, JPG and RSS
