The structure of your Office Web Forms account is represented in the diagram below.
Open an Account choosing the Product that best suits your requirements
Define your Corporate Branding (look & feel) using or modifying existing Templates and set the Preferences for your Project
Create your Form(s) and Reports using simple 'Drag & Drop' functionality in our user-friendly interface
Register additional Users (if required) and define their priviledges
Publish your Forms/Reports via a number of means
Monitor/Export your Forms usage and data through your reports.
You can also make changes/improvements to your forms/reports during this period Once you are ready to publish your project, your set-up and/or subscription payment becomes due.
Payment is also due when you renew your account After opening your account, you have 30 days in which to complete your project (create your forms, reports, etc)
You choose the duration of your account. Either monthly, 3 months, 6 months or a year
Your account can be set to automatically renew on its anniversary, otherwise you will be offered the option to renew it 10 days before the end of your account period
If you decide not to renew your account, you will be allowed 30 days after the expiration of your account to download all the data gathered.
During this period, you can opt to renew your account without any penalties If you decide to renew your account (automatically or manually), your acount will continue for the new contract period
